A construção de uma disciplina da Pós-Graduação em Educação de forma integrada à movimentos sociais populares

Abstract

This study analyzes principles and methodologies of the experience of the Popular Education subject entitled “Shared Knowledge Construction in Research and Social Action”, offered by the Graduate Program in Education of the Federal University of Paraiba, in 2019. It systematizes the activities of teaching learning developed in the classes with the participation of guests who are active in research and social action with the popular social movements, in the practices of Popular Education. The present experience report shows that in the discipline, an interactive and dialogical procedure was adopted, resulting in the construction of thinking about forms of resignification and resistance in the face of issues imposed by capitalist society, and it is necessary to create spaces to share educational experiences. in social work, valuing the cultural identity of people from the perspective of mobilizing knowledge and skills to act in the construction of a civilizing and emancipatory project.
