Abstract

The article addresses the Common National Curricular Base (BNCC). The focus of the nalyzes prioritized the guidelines for Early Childhood Education. Discussions about the BNCC and its counterparts were based on the propositions of Cury, Reis and Zanardi (2018), a national curriculum, in a plural and unequal country, heightens concerns, especially with regard to the incorporation of children's singularities and respect for children. differences. Incarnated children present challenges to proposals that refer to the perspective of a legal child, essentialized in the legal texts. In view of this relationship between the legal child and the incarnated child, the text assumed the objective of thinking, based on the documentary analysis of the extent to which the BNCC's proposal dialogues with children's diversity and adversity in its plurality and inequality. He identified that rigid and national objectives favor the framing of children's differences, if not their exclusion.
