Results Plasma level of leptin in the type 2 diabetes with PDR group[(17.41±5.81)μg/L] were higher than that in control, NPDR and NDR group (P＜0.01). Plasma level of ET in the type 2 diabetes with PDR group[(80.68±13.57)mg/L] were higher than that in control, NPDR and NDR group (P＜0.01). The serum leptin levels were positively correlated with BMI(r＝0.468,P＜0.01). 2型糖尿病患者血清瘦素、内皮素水平与不同阶段糖尿病视网膜病变关系的研究

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清瘦素、内皮素水平与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。方法检测80例2型糖尿病患者和30例对照患者的瘦素、内皮素、空腹血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、TG等临床特征。根据眼底检查结果将糖尿病患者分为非糖尿病性视网膜病变(NDR)组、非增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变(NPDR)组和增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变(PDR)组。分析血清瘦素水平与其他参数的相关性。结果2型糖尿病合并PDR组血浆瘦素水平[(17.41±5.81)μg/L]高于对照组、NPDR组和NDR组(P<0.01)。2型糖尿病合并PDR组血浆ET水平[(80.68±13.57)mg/L]高于对照组、NPDR组和NDR组(P<0.01)。血清瘦素水平与BMI呈正相关(r=0.468,P<0.01)。结论随着糖尿病视网膜病变加重，血清瘦素和内皮素水平升高，糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清瘦素和内皮素水平升高。关键词:糖尿病/ME;瘦素/我;内皮素/我;糖尿病性视网膜病变
