This research is correlational, which connects variables. The research method used is the quantitative research method, and the analysis technique used is path analysis. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from respondents through a questionnaire instrument from each research variable. Secondary data is obtained from supporting data that is still related to the research object. The sample used in this research is random sampling. The results of this study indicate that leadership and motivation have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on work performance, and work performance has proven to affect community satisfaction.
