Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (2) the effect of motivation on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (3) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (4) the effect of motivation on organizational commitment of employees, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees, and (6) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta.

本研究的目的是描述(1)动机对员工工作满意中心管理的影响;(2)动机对员工绩效中心管理的影响;(3)工作满意对员工绩效中心管理的影响;(4)动机对员工组织承诺的影响。(5)工作满意度对员工组织承诺的影响;(6)组织承诺对员工绩效中心管理的影响。本研究属于研究性解释性研究。人口为102人,中心管理人员Waroeng special Sambal Yogyakarta。样本数量为79人,并采用了概率技术slovin方法。数据收集方法采用媒体问卷调查法,数据分析技术采用简单线性回归分析和多元线性回归分析。结果表明:(1)激励对员工工作满意度的影响,(2)激励对员工绩效的影响,(3)工作满意度不影响员工绩效,(4)激励不影响员工组织承诺,(5)工作满意度影响员工组织承诺,(6)组织承诺对员工绩效的影响。动机、工作满意度、组织承诺与员工绩效、中心管理Waroeng special samyakarta
