The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (2) the effect of motivation on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (3) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta, (4) the effect of motivation on organizational commitment of employees, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees, and (6) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. This research is classified in research exsplanatory research. The population is 102 employees of center management Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. The samples number are 79 respondents and used probability techniques slovin method. Methods of data collection is done by the media questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) motivation effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) motivation effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction does not affect the employee performance, (4) motivation does not affect the organizational commitment of employees, (5) job satisfaction affect the organizational commitment of employees, and (6) organizational commitment effect on employee performance. 本研究的目的是描述(1)动机对员工工作满意中心管理的影响;(2)动机对员工绩效中心管理的影响;(3)工作满意对员工绩效中心管理的影响;(4)动机对员工组织承诺的影响。(5)工作满意度对员工组织承诺的影响;(6)组织承诺对员工绩效中心管理的影响。本研究属于研究性解释性研究。人口为102人,中心管理人员Waroeng special Sambal Yogyakarta。样本数量为79人,并采用了概率技术slovin方法。数据收集方法采用媒体问卷调查法,数据分析技术采用简单线性回归分析和多元线性回归分析。结果表明:(1)激励对员工工作满意度的影响,(2)激励对员工绩效的影响,(3)工作满意度不影响员工绩效,(4)激励不影响员工组织承诺,(5)工作满意度影响员工组织承诺,(6)组织承诺对员工绩效的影响。动机、工作满意度、组织承诺与员工绩效、中心管理Waroeng special samyakarta

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence work culture on OCB, influence training on OCB, influence motivation on OCB, and influence work culture, training, and motivation on OCB craftsman batik at Giriloyo, Yogyakarta. Data collection using a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis by the F-test and T-test, and the classical assumption test of multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity.The results with level of significance 5% or 0,05 showed that work culture haven’t significant effect on OCB(0,460 > 0,05), training have significant effect on OCB(0.004 < 0,05), motivation have significant effect on OCB (0.038 < 0,05), and work culture, training, and motivation has significant effect on OCB craftsman batik at Giriloyo, Yogyakarta.

This study aims to test relationships between market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and business performance in small firm that located in tourist village in Yogyakarta. Independent variable is the market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation. The dependent variable is business performance. The data collection is done directly by using a survey questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression. Results can be concluded that the market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation affects the business performance
