Abstract

The reconstruction algorithm of single-frame lensless microscopic imaging was investigated. The experimental setup of the lensless microscopic imaging system and the reconstruction algorithms of angle spectrum method was introduced. Comparing the resolution of the USAF resolution plate image, the amplitude image resolution acquired by the angle spectrum method is up to 3.1 $\mu \mathrm{m}$ and proves this method is good reconstruction algorithm of single-frame lensless microscope imaging.
