Furthermore, the paper focus on issues and challenges faced during experimentation and implementation. Challenges includes multi-script text on a single image, different text font with variation in text sizes, light shadow, reflection, text color, text contrast with background, words or ligature missing, blur, low resolution , skew and neon signboard. Abstract
