The study included 60 patients of middle age, of both genders, admitted with chest trauma. They were divided into 2 groups: Group I: 30 patients infected with COVID-19 had chest trauma and Group II: 30 patients with negative COVID-19 had chest trauma. Management of cases and data collection were done. Results: COVID-19 infection increase complications and mortality in chest trauma. Pneumonia and ARDS were common complications associated with higher mortality.
