In EPM model, experimental doses of 200, 400 mg/kg of the extract and 2.5 mg/kg of diazepam produced significant ( P P > 0.05) effect. In open field model, 200 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg extract doses significantly ( P Conclusion: In different experimental models used significant anxiolytic effect was observed of the aqueous extract at different dose levels in comparison to reference standard and normal saline group. Abstract

香蒲根水提物对小鼠抗焦虑作用的药理评价
目的:研究香蒲根水提物对小鼠的抗焦虑作用。材料与方法:本研究采用应激性热疗(SIH)、升高+迷宫(EPM)和开阔场实验模型。结果:在SIH模型中,400 mg/kg和600 mg/kg剂量的提取物对(P t2和∆T)有显著影响。以地西泮2.5 mg/kg为标准,体温也有类似的下降,而生理盐水组体温(t2)升高。在EPM模型中,实验剂量200mg /kg、400mg /kg和2.5 mg/kg地西泮对EPM模型的影响显著(P P > 0.05)。结论:在不同的实验模型中,不同剂量的水提物与参比标准和生理盐水组相比,均有显著的抗焦虑作用。这清楚地证明了它在治疗焦虑症方面的民间应用。
