Abstract

In this paper, the method of making animal specimens of bone is improved. The production process to remove the use of xylene or gasoline is more secure, which is suitable for students use their spare time to complete specimen of animal bones. This work exercises students’ beginning ability and practice ability. Simultaneously, students are familiar with the skeletal system of experimental animals, which can help them to better understand the theoretical knowledge and strengthen the combination of theory and practice.
