The study used a quantitative method and correlational research design. The data was collected from 152 respondents from ten public universities through an electronic questionnaire. The study used descriptive statistics to obtain the deans’ ethical leadership perception and inferential statistics to determine the correlation between the variables. Abstract
This study found out lecturers’ perception of deans’ ethical leadership and its relationship with lecturers’ engagement at public universities in Afghanistan.
