The results of the tests showed that 1) the strain reached logarithmic phase in10-12h, 2) the optimal temperature range of the strain was35¡æ-40¡æ 3) the optimal pH range of the strain was 7.0-7.3;4) the optimal NaCl concentration range of the strain was10g/L.
