Abstract

一种抗锰微生物的初步鉴定
在对湘潭锰尾矿中生长的耐锰植物进行系统调查的基础上,采集了湘潭锰尾矿中耐锰植物的根际土壤。采用浓度梯度筛选技术从新鲜植株根际分离到1株编号为XY的黄色耐锰菌株,进行细胞形态、生理生化试验,研究菌株的生长曲线以及温度、pH、NaCl浓度对菌株生长的影响。试验结果表明:1)菌株在10 ~ 12h内达到对数相,2)菌株的最佳温度范围为35℃~ 40℃,3)菌株的最佳pH范围为7.0 ~ 7.3,4)菌株的最佳NaCl浓度范围为10g/L。根据16S rDNA序列,确认菌株XY在分类和系统发育上的地位,属Planococcus属。
