Organizational culture, which can also be expressed as instinctive solutions; It has functions that make it easier for the organization to reach its goals, simplify the solution of problems, distinguish the organization from other organizations and enable decision-making in an environment of uncertainty. Organizational culture is the unwritten power of organizations to achieve their goals. In addition to the material elements that enable organizations to achieve their goals, there are also intangible elements. Behaviors of the members of the organization beyond the written instructions or the stereotyped methods used in solving the problems that may arise accidentally affect the success of the organizations. Organizational culture ensures the continuity of the organization by ensuring that the members of the organization develop harmonious relations and solidarity. The inclusion of the members who later joined the organization in the network of positive relations in the organization makes a significant contribution to the continuity of the organization.
