Based on the hypothesis test paired sample t test shows Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05  means that treatment is effective in increasing learning motivation of fostered children SMP in LPKA Class I Blitar. The n-gain score test showed an increase learning motivation in the medium category with a value of 0,45. 本研究的目的是:(1)确定LPKA I类被寄养儿童SMP的学习动机水平(2)确定团体咨询自我管理技术在提高LPKA I类被寄养儿童SMP学习动机中的有效性。本研究采用一组前测后测设计的定量预实验方法。本研究采用有目的抽样方法,选取LPKA I类寄养儿童17名,共5名寄养儿童。结果表明,12%的目标儿童的学习动机处于高类别,59%的目标儿童处于中等类别,29%的目标儿童处于低类别。基于假设检验的配对样本t检验显示Sig.(双尾)000 < 0.05,说明治疗在提高LPKA I类被寄养儿童SMP学习动机方面是有效的。n-增益分数测试显示中等类别的学习动机增加,其值为0,45。随着学习动机的增加,团体咨询自我管理技术可以有效地提高LPKA I班被寄养儿童的学习动机。关键词:团体辅导,自我管理技巧,学习动机
