To solve the problem caused by overload work for the nurse, a rehabilitation device of high stability and reliability is presented. The mechanical object of the control system is introduced first, and then the structure of the control system is given. In hardware design section, hardware selection and parameters configuration are introduced. Then the scheme of circuits for converting body pulse sensor signals, pressure signals and the whole circuit of control system are illustrated respectively in detail. As for software design section, the control program design in PLC, GUI design in IPC and database design are given. Finally, some key technologies about the implementation for hardware and software are also mentioned about.
