In this paper, the mixture design of the self-compacting concrete with strength grade of 60 MPa is performed with requirement that the workability satisfies the slump flow, T500 and the V-Funnel TV test range from 650 to 800 mm, from 2 to 5 s and from 6 to 12 s, respectively. Besides, fly ash is used to replace cement with content of 15%, 25%, 35% and 50% to evaluate shrinkage resistance. The obtained results showed that using fly ash contents from 25% to 35% to replace cement can ensure workability of the mixture together with high degree of shrinkage restraint. 粉煤灰对自密实混凝土收缩影响的约束环试验
近年来,粉煤灰作为一种矿物掺合料被越来越广泛地用于生产混凝土,特别是自密实混凝土(SCC)。粉煤灰是一种工业副产品,是火电厂发电用煤燃烧过程中产生的。粉煤灰用于提高混凝土混合料的和易性,提高自密实混凝土的抗收缩性能。本文对强度等级为60 MPa的自密实混凝土进行了配合比设计,要求和易性满足坍落度流动,T500和v -漏斗TV试验范围分别为650 ~ 800 mm, 2 ~ 5 s和6 ~ 12 s。用掺量分别为15%、25%、35%、50%的粉煤灰代替水泥进行抗缩性评价。试验结果表明,采用掺量为25% ~ 35%的粉煤灰替代水泥,既能保证混合料的和易性,又具有较高的抑制收缩程度。根据ASTM C1581中基于约束环试验的自密实混凝土约束收缩评价方法,该方法在保证可靠性的前提下减少了试验时间。关键词:粉煤灰;自密实混凝土;收缩阻力;约束环试验。
