Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of ship's energy efficiency. The used and potential technical and operational
measures for energy saving, including those directly related to the state of the ship's hull and the optimization
of the hydrodynamic processes of the ship's propeller-steering group, are considered. These measures
are aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of the power plant, increasing the energy-efficiency of the ship
and reducing emissions into the atmosphere
