It is necessary to determine the basic parameters of the cargo terminal, which must be transmitted to the national logistic system, as well as a set of dynamic parameters that affect the creation of a forecast for the terminal's workload

In the modern world, the problem of environmental pollution with various toxic emissions is growing more and more. Exhaust or exhaust gases of internal combustion engines are one of those man-made factors. All countries impose restrictions on the concentration of hazardous substances, for example: Euro - for cars, Tier and Stage - for heavy equipment and MARPOL-73/78, which regulates emissions from maritime transport. The situation is extremely acute for marine vessels, since engines of impressive power that operate for a long period are difficult to adapt to stringent environmental requirements. The purpose of the article, based on open sources, is to evaluate the prospects for the development of internal combustion engines with an exhaust gas recirculation system to minimize the amount of toxic emissions into the atmosphere. The development of technologies that allow for the recirculation of exhaust gases in ship conditions is quite promising. The installation of such equipment will significantly reduce emissions into the environment. Keywords: environment, exhaust gases, toxic emissions, internal combustion engines

This work is a rationale for the use and effectiveness of the dynamic model of the soft investment process of port construction. For this purpose, this work presents the necessary statistical data and mathematical calculations, which include the use of various methods for analyzing the investment plan, as well as a number of methods for calculating the cost of investment payments, including the use of the matLAB digital mathematical environment to simplify the process of calculating.

METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR DETERMINING THE RANGE OF THE FREIGHT RATE IN TRUMP SHIPPING 确定特朗普航运运费率范围的方法基础

Trump shipping, despite large quantitative and qualitative changes in the composition of the world fleet, the emergence of new forms of organization of maritime transport, continues to be one of the most important elements of international trade. The global freight market for tramp tonnage is a market of perfect competition for the following reasons: a large number of sellers and buyers of homogeneous products independently operate on it; each of them cannot significantly affect the level of freight rates and has fairly complete information about prices and costs. Due to the fact that tramp ships are not associated with a specific navigation area and go where there is a need, the tramp market is sensitive to changes in supply and demand, it is characterized by significant fluctuations in freight rates. In this regard, the research topic is relevant. Within the framework of the article, the authors propose a methodical approach to determining the possible range of freight rates in tramp shipping, taking into account the input parameters of the upcoming voyage and the current state of the freight market. The practical calculations carried out allowed us to conclude that today for ships of the size "Handymax" in the geographical section of the Black Sea-Mediterranean Sea, the gap between the minimum and maximum possible freight rates for ships of the same age can reach four dollars per 1 ton of cargo

DETERMINISTIC FINITE STATE MACHINE FOR SEARCH OF CONTAINERS IN STACK 栈中容器搜索的确定性有限状态机

This paper considers the prospects of digitalization in the warehouse cargo handlingsystem, as well as the impact of modern IT technologies on the logistics of a sea container terminal. The technological process of container transshipment in the operational areas of the terminal and formation of auxiliary stacks for further transfer of cargo between different transport means, their temporary storage and transformation (from containerized form to general cargo and back), as well as the implementation of secondary operations (checking, weighing, etc.) are the object of research. From an operational point of view, the formation of an auxiliary stack is a time-taking technological operation, as it requires the selective search and withdrawal from the general stack of a certain number of containers that make up the logistic flow of cargo moved to the relevant operational zone. The method of research is automatic programming of the simulated technological process. In this case, the simulation object is described by a finite automaton which is then converted into code. The main purpose of the automaton is to implement the control function. In the context of this research work, the control actions are aimed at the reloader and program the sequence of its actions to find the target containers in the stack. A mathematical model of the search and withdrawal of the target containers from the stack in the terminal storage area by means of a computerized control system, as well as a transition graph of the finite automaton with control rules (codes) are the results of this research. The application of above mathematical facility to modeling of technological processes makes it possible to present a unified logic of management of the prestacking process in operational areas of the terminal

The article reveals the potential and ecological importance of using liquefied hydrogen on civil fleet vessels as fuel. The current requirements for the content of hazardous substances in exhaust gases, characteristics of the average energy complex of a civil fleet vessel are considered. The calculation of the required amount of liquefied hydrogen to provide a certain power capable of powering a number of ship consumers has been made. The calculation of the amount of liquefied hydrogen that can be obtained by using a sectional filter with a graphene membrane and a cryogenerator has been made. The conclusion is made about the high efficiency of hydrogen storage batteries that receive hydrogen from the exhaust gases of a ship's power plant

In the last 30 years, the degree of pollution has been continuously increasing and the chemical structure of the atmosphere has changed due to large amounts of polluting emissions such as N0X, S0X, C02 and other particles resulting from combustion, which lead to the destruction of the ozone layer, climate change, greenhouse effect or acid rain. Because the price of oil is continuously increasing, the atmosphere is degrading due to emissions of exhaust gases and the general degree o f pollution of the Earth is increasing day by day, various solutions for the generation of non-conventional energies have begun to arouse the interest of parties involved in maritime transport. Non-conventional propulsion systems, which use wind energy or solar energy, are currently making a comeback after being ignored for a long time. By using an unconventional power generator energy devices, like Flettner Balloon, ship owners can save a great amount of fuel, thus making substantial savings and not least, reducing pollution, making environmentally friendly ships. In this article you can discover six major points, which are: 1) Flettner Balloon description, 2) Flettner Balloon components, 3) Determination of the gas with which to fill the Flettner Balloon, 4) The principle of operation for the Flattner Balloon, 5) Energy balance, 6) Conclusions.
