Abstract

A deep treatment on purification of effluent of second treatment for rural domestic sewage in Chongming-Island by enhanced ecological floating raft was performed. Microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in fiber padding of enhanced ecological floating raft was measured using the chloroform fumigation incubation method, and variation characteristic of the microbial biomass content in time and space was studied. 增强型生态浮筏纤维填料微生物生物量碳、氮、磷含量变化特征
采用强化生态浮筏法对崇明岛农村生活污水二处理出水进行了深度处理。采用氯仿熏蒸培养法测定了增强型生态浮筏纤维填充物中微生物量碳、氮、磷的含量,研究了微生物量含量的时空变化特征。结果表明:同一季节微生物生物量前段碳氮含量大于后段,下层碳氮含量大于上层,磷含量与碳氮含量在横向上呈相同规律,在纵向上呈相反规律;不同季节微生物生物量碳、氮、磷含量以7月最高,其余季节基本一致。微生物生物量碳和氮含量分别比背景值高2.21 ~ 9.26倍和1.93 ~ 8.12倍。
