Abstract

The implementation of education policies in the emergency period of the spread of coronavirus disease (Covid 19) recommends carrying out the learning process from home through online learning. Students' writing ability is still fairly low due to a lack of motivation in studying English, difficulties expressing thoughts, and difficulty arranging words due to a lack of vocabulary. The aims of this research are to find out the students’ ability in writing descriptive text and the difficulties faced by students in writing descriptive text during online learning in the tenth grade students at SMAN 1 Panarukan Situbondo. This research was used quantitative method with survey design. The data was taken from writing test and questionnaire. 高中生在线学习中描述性文本写作能力的分析
《新冠肺炎疫情紧急时期教育政策实施方案》建议,通过在线学习开展居家学习。学生的写作能力仍然很低,这主要是由于学习英语的动力不足,表达思想困难,词汇量不足导致词汇排列困难。本研究的目的是了解sman1 Panarukan情境中学十年级学生在网上学习过程中,学生撰写描述性文本的能力以及学生撰写描述性文本所面临的困难。本研究采用调查设计的定量方法。数据来源于写作测试和问卷调查。学生的描述性文字写作能力为良好水平,平均分为78,6分。而学生在写作上的困难是语法和组织思想,而且学生词汇量不足。
