A total of 60 (100%) patients were recruited during the study. 30 of them (the main group) were diagnosed with migraine and epilepsy and were prescribed lamotrigine, and 30 patients (the control group) were diagnosed with migraine and epilepsy and were prescribed convulex. Abstract
The article is aimed to determine the specific features of common neurological diseases, migraine and epilepsy comorbidity, correct selection of drugs and increasing the effectiveness of treatment in cases where migraine and epilepsy are comorbid.
