The total articles generated were 7,799 articles and resulted in 40 articles in full text and met the requirements so that an analysis. Abstract

Despite Medication errors (MEs) become worldwide problem, the majority of the studies especially in Asia only carried out in Middle East and very little known about MEs in Asia and Australia.
