The collection of research results in a systematic review using the BOOLEAN operator to specify the search scope. The total articles generated were 7,799 articles and resulted in 40 articles in full text and met the requirements so that an analysis. Based on studies that have been reviewed, prescribing errors and dispensing errors are the most type than others and high workload is the most common factors.
