Abstract
Diseases of respiratory tract organs of young farm animals hold a valuable place among all pathologies, and are in second place after gastrointestinal diseases. One of the most common diseases is bronchopneumonia. The purpose of this work was to study the effect of «Immunouracil 2% solution for injection» medication both separately and in combination with "Amoxicillin - 150" antibiotic in treatment of calves with bronchopneumonia on protein metabolism. Experimental studies were carried out on the basis of OOO Megafarma Oktyabrskiy, Cherdaklinsky district, Ulyanovsk region, in the winter-spring period of 2022. Three groups of 10 calves in each were formed,t hey were treated according to the research plan. In the control group, the antibiotic Penstrep-400 LA was used, in the first experimental group – the drug "Immunouracil 2% solution for injection" together with the antibiotic "Amoxicillin – 150 suspension" and in the second ex-perimental group – the drug "Amoxicillin - 150 suspension". In all three experi-mental groups, treatment of patients with bronchopneumonia of calves was carried out against the background of vitamin therapy. The content of total protein, albumin and globulin fractions were studied blood among biochemical parameters using an acoustic reagentless computerized analyzer ABKA 01 BIOM. As a result of the study, it was found that application of the proposed medicationsforbronchopneumoniatreatment contributed to a decrease of inflam-matory response, which resulted in activation of redox processes and improvement of metabolic processes in the body.
