Abstract
Acute coronary syndrome is a series of coronary events including unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction,which resulted from acute myocardial ischemia.Its diagnosis is mainly based on clinical manifestation,changes of electrocardiogram or myocardial enzyme.Myocardial troponin T or I and myoglobin are the reliable markers for diagnosis of myocardial necrosis.Its therapeutic methods include myocardial reperfusion therapy,antithrombin therapy,anti-myocardial ischemia therapy,lipid-lowering therapy and so on,which one to choose should be correspond to different clinical conditions.
