The results were analyzed with the help of SPSS software. Descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation test, and regression analysis were used to test hypothesis. The results showed the overall job satisfaction of teachers in private universities in Guangxi is unsatisfactory; only working environment and interpersonal relationship in five dimensions are satisfactory, while other dimensions are unsatisfactory. Abstract

基于双因素理论的广西民办高校工作满意度实证研究
本研究的目的是基于双因素理论对广西民办高校工作满意度进行实证检验。在民办高校快速发展的同时,也存在着许多制约民办高校发展的问题。因此,本研究对广西民办高校具有特殊的借鉴意义。为了进行本研究,研究对象是广西民办高校的教师。采用简单随机抽样的方法,从广西民办高校抽取教师384人。假设工作成就、工作本身、工作发展、职责、薪酬福利、薪酬、工作环境、组织制度、人际关系、领导管理对顾客决策有正向影响。采用SPSS软件对结果进行分析。采用描述性统计分析、Pearson相关检验和回归分析对假设进行检验。结果表明:广西民办高校教师总体工作满意度不理想;5个维度中只有工作环境和人际关系满意,其他维度不满意。据了解,广西民办高校现有的保健因素并不能消除教师对工作的不满状态,激励因素也不能有效激发教师的积极性。
