Being a loser can cause emotional pain and fear of other people given the stigma attached to it. Avoiding the depression of all this will make you hide away at home as well as driving you to succeed in life both materially and intellectually. Giving up the loser psychology up will create more fear and pain as well as destroying your intellect, a prospect which, for the loser, is absolutely terrifying. Meeting partners and friends may be a further difficulty but may also help with dealing with the stigma when hiding away. This article will look at these and other problems that living life as a loser can cause and how it might be possible to work round them to avoid the suffering that losers experience. It will begin with my own experiences first.

Objective: To understand the mental health status and social support status of the elderly population in rural areas after 5.12 earthquake disaster and its influence on mental health status. Methods: 195 rural elderly in Pengzhou mountainous areas (Longmen mountain town, Ci feng town, Xiao yudong town, Tongji town, Bailu town, Xinxing town) 6 towns were investigated by random questionnaire, self-made demographic scale, Symptom self-rating Scale (SCL-90) and Social Support scale. Results: (1) The social support status of the rural elderly was good, but the mental health levels were significantly lower than the national norm (p<0.001), and the prevalence of psychological symptoms was 6.16% (12/195). (2) The total score of social support and scores of subjective support were negatively correlated with the depression factors of mental health (r subjective support = -0.167 p<0.05, r social support total mark = -0.168 p<0.05), and the subjective support had a predictive effect on depression (β=-0.086, p<0.05). Conclusion: Although the detection rate of mental health of rural elderly in the five years after the earthquake is not high, the score of all dimensions of scl-90 is significantly lower than the norm, and the good social support will alleviate mental health problems.

As the rate of population aging continues to increase, geriatric depression, as one of the major public health problems in society, has attracted great attention. At present, the development of geriatric sports in China is insufficient, and the overall proportion of elderly people participating in physical exercise is low, especially the proportion of rural elderly people exercising is even lower than that of urban elderly people, all of which is not conducive to the play of the positive effects of physical exercise on the physical and mental health of the elderly. Adopting safe and feasible measures can bring great help to the management of depression among community-dwelling older adults. This paper analyses the current situation of depression among the elderly in community T, describes the physical exercise methods for the elderly with depression in community T, and explores the application effect of physical exercise methods for depression among the elderly in the community in combination with relevant data.

Schizophrenia is thought to be stress induced and there are many things that can make it worse. Yet the mental health system can help with all of this. These include the added stresses of things that drove me mad in the first place, the onset of pain hallucinations, moving out of sheltered accommodation and others. This article is an account of the coping strategies and the techniques that have been useful in combatting the stresses that cause and perpetuate the illness. Finally it looks at what can help with the negative motivational symptoms of the illness.

In this paper, from the perspective of the intersection of cognitive psychology and the field of artificial intelligence, we present the three levels of conscious processing proposed by Dehaene et al. They are unconscious processing (C0), consciousness in the first sense (C1)-global availability, consciousness in the second sense (C2)-self-monitoring. The paper also cites an empirical evidence for the intersection of the two fields and summarizes some researchers’ questions about whether the two can intersect.

Some management concepts come and go, some become classics. Management Fashion Theory provides insights of how management fashions can be distinguished and recognized. This article illustrates the characteristic features of the theory using the example of the concept of “New Work”.

We measured 324 college students’ self-esteem, motivation for achievement, and learning burnout, and also we examined the inner mechanism of self-esteem’s influence on students’ learning burnout. The results show: (1) There is a negative effect of self-esteem on college students’ learning burnout; (2) Motivation of pursuing succeed plays partial mediating effect between self-esteem and learning burnout, but mediating effect of avoiding failure motivation between them is not significant. The study reveals that: the degree of learning burnout can be reduced by improving college students’ level of self-esteem.

Based on Marcuse’s thought of “one-dimensional person”, this paper discusses the influence of TV talent show on teenagers’ socialization. By analyzing the characteristics of TV talent shows that emphasize individual competition and success, appearance and image, and instant satisfaction, it is pointed out that these characteristics are easy for teenagers to produce the mentality of pursuing fame and fortune, appearance, and instant satisfaction, ignoring the development of other important values and qualities. Therefore, we need to guide teenagers to maintain a critical attitude toward TV talent shows, and pay attention to cultivating their independent thinking and all-round development.
