Also the ECRS four principles (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange and Simple) are used to minimize the idle time at every station or the percentage of line balance loss. In order to verify the results that were obtained from the generated line-balancing pre- and post-, Witness simulation software is used to estimate the output.
