And an evaluation system for comparing efficiencies of these measures have been built, indictors such us economical effects, payback period time, changes in soil erosion rates, nutrient content, microclimate, and social benefits are recommended. Abstract

水土保持效益分析——以东南红壤丘陵区为例
2000年以来,中国东南红壤丘陵区实施了8项水土保持措施,成功构建了可持续农业系统。本研究从经济效益、生态效益和社会效益三个方面评价了这些措施的有效性。当利率为10%时,所有措施都显示在计算期内直接收益的净现值为正。并建立了综合效益评价体系,提出了经济效益、投资回收期、土壤侵蚀率变化、养分含量、小气候、社会效益等指标。围林、堤防、生物质能池是最经济、投资回收期短的措施,而低效的林改、果树种植和坡地化措施对减少水土流失和保护水土资源效果显著,梨树可由其他经济作物替代,投资回收期短。
