Abstract

Hibiscus sabdariffa is a shrub that belongs to the family Malvacea. Over 200 different species of Hibiscus exist worldwide. Hisbiscus sabdariffa has been noted to have a high nutritional potential, particularly in the leaves, calyces, and seeds.
