Abstract
A detailed description of the process of plaming and growing grapevine, induding the gathering of grapes and the production of wine. All tools and structures used are discussed. The study is based on data obtained at Castrillo de la Vega, from peasants, rather advanced in age. A comparison with data provided in other villages of the same area shows very small differences, mosdy concerning language, which I intend to discuss in a future study.
