Abstract

The quality evaluation system is critical part in keeping the high quality and healthy development of graduate education. There still exists many vulnerabilities and shortcomings in current system, which often pose a strong influence on the efficiency of evaluation and the accuracy of evaluation results. 研究生教育质量评价体系是保证研究生教育高质量、健康发展的重要环节。目前的评估体系还存在许多漏洞和不足,严重影响了评估的效率和评估结果的准确性。针对这一问题,本文提出了基于利益相关者理论的研究生教育评价指标体系,根据利益相关者理论模型,将由政府、社会和大学构成的“三要素”评价主体扩展为以导师和学生为主体的“五要素”评价主体;在此基础上,构建了“五行”评价主体的评价指标体系。本评价体系弥补了现行评价指标体系的脆弱性和不足,有效地提高了专业学位研究生教育评价的科学性和准确性。
