The rate of E.coli infection on fresh meat was 90.59%, of which 42.35% of samples exceeded the maximum level. The rate of E.coli infection on fresh pork and chicken meat at traditional markets was 95.00% and 86.70%, respectively. The overall rate of antibiotic resistance was 96.75%; Amoxicillin was resistant with the highest rate (93.51%) and the lowest rate was ceftazidime (19.48%). 2021年扶马托市部分市场猪肉和鸡肉中大肠杆菌感染及耐药性调查
