This paper proposed an optimal scheduling scheme of mobile energy storage in emergency, in order to recover the power supply of important loads and reduce the outage losses. In the proposed scheme, an optimal scheduling model, which takes into account the load classification and travel time of mobile energy storage, is proposed to minimize the total outage losses and ensure the continuous power supply of the first level load. To solve the model, a genetic algorithm is applied. Abstract
