Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing 3D point cloud data automatic extraction methods of substation equipment, which are highly dependent on big data algorithms and low efficiency, this paper proposes a 3D LIDAR point cloud data segmentation method and process based on the multidimensional subspace grid density difference. The proposed method is based on eliminating the flying spots of 3D point cloud data, and is divided into equipment point cloud data and ground point cloud data based on point cloud data characteristics for 3D real-world modeling and accurate positioning of the model; Among them, the equipment point cloud data uses a multi-dimensional density difference segmentation method. The long-distance terrain is divided in the XOY and YOZ planes, and converted into a combination of multiple small-scale scale spaces. Firstly, this paper discussed and defined the connotation of the social inclusion of the disabled, and briefly combed the current research situation of the social inclusion of the disabled in China. Secondly, this article pointed out the main obstacles faced by the social inclusion of the disabled in China and summed up the research from four paths: education, employment, rehabilitation and culture. Thirdly, the research on the social inclusion of the three typical groups among the disabled was supplemented. Due to the cold storage vents are the intersection of outdoor warm flow and indoor cold flow, there is often ice accumulation. In this paper, we design one deicing device for air vent of cold storage which can automatically detect the icing condition of the vent and heat and deice the steel tube. The device includes contact sensor, power module, I/O acquisition module, control module, heating copper tube and leakage protection switch. When the contact sensor is completely covered with ice, the contact sensor sends out an alarm signal. The signal is transmitted to the I/O acquisition module and to the control module to drive the heating copper tube to automatically heat and deice. This design can be widely used in unmanaged cold storage vents and indoor and outdoor temperature environment of the warehouse with a large difference.

This paper introduces the assembly system model of drilling tool, drilling tool and fixture. In this system, the failure of drilling tools is caused by self-excited vibration, that is, the self-excited vibration of components in the axial direction. In this paper, the stable lobes of rock macro and micro drilling are established, the deep well rotary drilling system is analyzed in detail, the influence of changing the axial damping coefficient on the critical speed of drilling in macro and micro drilling is investigated, and the flutter behavior in the process of drilling is considered comprehensively, so as to avoid tool flutter damage and workpiece scrap and improve productivity.

Abstract. Based on the relation of points and vectors in Euclid Space, in this paper an image is regarded as a point in Euclid Space, and a watermarking as a vector. Then this paper presents how to estimate the embedding strength of watermarking according to the characteristic of the PSNR of the watermarked digital image in orthogonal domain. Experimental results show that the formula of the embedding strength is accurate and has minor errors.

From the perspective of organization degree, this paper discusses the influence of the development and decay of village sports organization on the rise and fall of village sports through the organization and operation process of village sports. The research shows that the village sports organization has the main path of passive extinction, active integration and change. The lower the degree of organization, the more limited the social resources and security the village sports organizations get, and the weaker the ability of survival and development. The main reasons for the decline of village sports culture are the barrier of intergenerational inheritance of village sports culture, the divergence of organizational values and the low degree of organization. Conclusion: Integrate social resources and improve the level of village sports organization is the effective way to inherit the sports culture of ethnic villages.

Mobile energy storage has been employed in many fields, including the disaster prevention and emergency support of a power system, with the developed technology and the reduced cost. This paper proposed an optimal scheduling scheme of mobile energy storage in emergency, in order to recover the power supply of important loads and reduce the outage losses. In the proposed scheme, an optimal scheduling model, which takes into account the load classification and travel time of mobile energy storage, is proposed to minimize the total outage losses and ensure the continuous power supply of the first level load. To solve the model, a genetic algorithm is applied. Finally, case study shows that the proposed scheme can achieve the reasonable scheduling of mobile energy storage and then avoid the major outage losses.

The research results of the investment effect evaluation methods of a variety of production technology reform measures can be applied to evaluate a variety of external risk coexistence scenarios, and provide auxiliary support for the investment decision making for the transmission channel to consider the overall effect of multiple measures. This paper first analyzes the theory of lightning strikes and wind deviation prevention measures, and draws the correlation between two types of risk management measures, and establishes an evaluation model of investment effects of various measures under the risk superposition scenario, and 40 sets of lightning strikes and wind bias treatment projects. Aiming at the significant impact of video semantic changes on video classification results, in the video classification process, witch in includes the large intra-class dispersion and inter-class similarity during video, this paper proposes a multi-way convolutional network video classification method based on deep metric learning. The method includes a 3D network-based multi-way convolutional network and a metric learning method based on the allocation of negative sample intervals. The network is mainly divided into three parts: segmented video feature extraction, similarity measurement based on deep metric learning, and classification. Firstly, the multi-channel convolutional network can extract the features of different periods of the video, and obtain the depth features of the video through feature fusion. Secondly, by calculating the error based on the interval function of the average semantic distance of negative samples and backpropagating, the network can learn the difference in semantic distance between samples. Finally, the network combines classification tasks with metric learning during the training process to make the network classification results better. Experiments on the data set UCF101, compared with existing methods, the multi-way convolutional network video classification method based on deep metric learning can effectively improve the accuracy of video classification.

Aiming at the problem that the uncertainty of resource allocation can lead to the increase of the parallel iteration time of the coupled task set, a parallel iteration time optimization model under the uncertainty of resource allocation was constructed based on the analysis of the resource allocation uncertainty and iteration time model in the parallel iteration. Then the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was introduced, and by determining the AHP model and the resource allocation matrix, an improved parallel iteration time optimization model under the uncertain resource allocation was constructed. Combined with an example of product development process, application research was carried out by applying the MATALB software, thereby verifying that the improved optimization model can reduce the parallel iteration time of the coupled task set under uncertain resource allocation. This research provides a reference for optimizing resource allocation and reducing time in product design and development.
