Test results indicate that: the value of equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) on the top surface of insulator is lower than that on the bottom, as well as the value of non-soluble deposit density (NSDD);the accumulation rate of NSDD is heavier than that of ESDD; electric field distribution and precipitation exert a strong influence on the insulator obviously; at the same pollution level, the flashover voltage of natural contaminated insulator is 2 times as high as that of artificial polluted insulator, which mainly caused by the difference of pollution materials and non-uniform pollution distribution on the insulator surface. Abstract

It is important to study the natural characteristic of pollution accumulation and flashover performance of insulator energized the operating voltage. This paper mainly focus on the insulator strings operating in a 500kV power network in Chongqing, tests and analyzes the pollution depositing rules and flashover performance of them. 室外500kV绝缘子串污积及污闪性能分析
研究工作电压下绝缘子的积污特性和闪络特性具有重要意义。本文以重庆500kV电网运行中的绝缘子串为研究对象,对绝缘子串的积污规律和闪络性能进行了试验分析。试验结果表明:绝缘子上表面的等效盐沉积密度(ESDD)小于下表面,不溶性盐沉积密度(NSDD)小于下表面,NSDD的积累速率大于ESDD;电场分布和降水对绝缘子的影响明显;在相同污染水平下,自然污染绝缘子的闪络电压是人工污染绝缘子的2倍,这主要是由于污染材料的差异和绝缘子表面污染分布不均匀造成的。本文的研究结果可为污染地区外保温协调与设计提供参考。
