Abstract
Objective
To study the efficacy and safety of anilek in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia.
Methods
A total of 70 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia admitted to Linfen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into misoprostol group and anilek group by the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in misoprostol group were treated with misoprostol, the patients in anilek group were treated with intramuscular or intrauterine injection of anilek. The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated, and the amount of bleeding and adverse reactions were recorded at 2 and 24 h after delivery.
Results
The total effective rate of hemostasis of the patients in the anilek group (94.29%, 33/35) was significantly higher than that in the misoprostol group (82.86%, 29/35), P 0.05).
Conclusions
Using anilek in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia can achieve good clinical results and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, with high safety.
