Based on the processing, analysis and evaluation of the collected data, it is possible to draw some recommendations for the management of industrial enterprises, which has to continually face the question of how to approach staff management effectively. The research results are based on examination of different preferences of the employees from various generations, and they point at the need of taking into account the requirements and needs of employees, differentiated according to their age. Abstract

Abstract The paper presents results of the research focused on the coexistence of different generations of employees.
