Abstract

One of the great challenges for education in the 21st century is Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with new modes of expression, based on a concept of education with the aim of identifying teaching-learning processes.The elaboration of the Virtual Environments project strengthens communication skills in the students of the Police technician program. The purpose of the project is to create a communication and media strategy using virtual learning environments, the implemented methodology is qualitative in that the description of everyday situations is used.
