Abstract

The article discusses the features of design activity since the beginning of the XXI century. Being the most popular form of art, it arose only in the first half of the 20th century. Today, the most popular area of design is considered to be the production of everyday household items, art projects of scientific and technical discoveries before the fashion market changes. Modern design activity is not limited to artistic solutions of individual things.
