Abstract

This paper discuss the development of a radiation hardened Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controller designed and manufactured by STMicroelectronics, for aerospace applications. It provides a brief technical description of the design and features of the device highlighting the main elements. Finally, some typical application circuits together with a selection of interesting plots and waveforms are presented.
