Kelahiran adalah proses di mana janin dan ketuban didorong keluar melalui jalan lahir. Adaptasi fisiologis dan psikologis selama persalinan bersifat dramatis dan sering dianggap ringan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan adaptasi perubahan fisiologis dan psikologis ibu bersalin tahun 2023. Desain penelitian ini cross sectional untuk populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu bersalin yang melakukan persalinan di BPM Hj Desri Yenni, Amd.Keb Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini, sebanyak 24 responden yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian perubahan fisiologis dan psikologis ibu bersalin diperoleh 12 (18%) mendapatkan dukungan adapun 3 responden (9%) mendapatkan dukungan dari keluarga namun mengalami perubahan adaptasi fisiologis dan psikologis yang negative sedangkan responden yang kurang mendapatkan dukungan dari keluarga namun dengan adapatasi fisiologis dan psikologis yang positif sebanyak 4 responden (6%) dam perubahan fisiologis dan psikologis negative kurang mendapatkan dukungan keluarga sebanyak 5 responden (15%) nilai p value 0.07 yang artinya kurang dari 0.07 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan adaptasi perubahan fisiologis dan psikologis pada ibu bersalin. Diharapkan bagi tempat penelitian untuk dapat selalu memberikan edukasi kepada keluarga tentang pentingnya memahami perubahan fisiologis dan psikologis kala I, II, III dan IV pada ibu bersalinKata Kunci : Perubahan fisiologis dan psikologis, dukungan keluargaAbstractLabor is the process of opening and thinning the cervix, from the fetus down into the birth canal. Birth is a process in which the fetus and amniotic fluid are pushed out through the birth canal. Physiological and psychological adaptations during labor are dramatic and often underestimated. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and adaptation to physiological and psychological changes in mothers giving birth in 2023. The study design was cross-sectional for the population in this study were all mothers who gave birth at BPM Hj Desri Yenni, Amd.Keb. Number of samples in the study In this study, there were 24 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique. The results of the research on physiological and psychological changes in mothers giving birth obtained 12 (18%) received support while 3 respondents (9%) accidental sampling technique. The results of the research on physiological and psychological changes in mothers giving birth obtained 12 (18%) received support while 3 respondents (9%) received support from the family but experienced negative physiological and psychological adaptation changes, while respondents who lacked support from the family but with physiological and psychological adaptations positive as many as 4 respondents (6%) and negative physiological and psychological changes lack of family support as many as 5 respondents (15%) p value of 0.07 which means less than 0.07 so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family support and adaptation to physiological and psychological changes in maternity mother.
