After discharged, patients in the control group received conventional interview regularly, while patients in the experiment group received the nursing intervention that carried out with the way of regular interview or telephone survey. The function recovery of the paralytic limb and the activity of daily living were evaluated before and after nursing intervention. Results There was improvement of the Brunnsrom grades, Fugl-Meyer accumulated points and Barthel points in both groups, but the indexes of the experiment group improved more obviously, and the differences were statically significant. 护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫出院患者的影响

目的观察护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫出院患者麻痹肢体功能恢复及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法120例脑卒中偏瘫出院患者随机分为实验组和对照组。两组患者在住院期间均接受常规药物治疗和护理。出院后，对照组患者定期接受常规访谈，实验组患者则以定期访谈或电话调查的方式进行护理干预。观察护理干预前后麻痹肢体功能恢复情况及日常生活活动能力。结果两组患者的Brunnsrom评分、Fugl-Meyer积分和Barthel积分均有改善，但实验组各项指标改善更为明显，差异有统计学意义。结论护理干预可加速瘫痪肢体功能恢复，增强日常生活活动能力，提高患者生活质量。关键词:卒中;偏瘫的;康复护理
