This solution aims to increase the potential of the data used, among other things, by increasing trust in sharing one’s own resources in the public interest. The European Union presented a draft regulation of the European Parliament and the Council on the Data Governance Act, which is the first of the planned tools in the implementation of the European Data Protection Strategy.
