The data obtained in this study were processed using analysis of variance and continued with the Duncan test. The results showed that the addition of moringa leaf powder had no effect (non-significant) (P > 0.05) on the offal of Mojosari ducks, namely the weight of the liver, heart, and feathers, while the weight of the head, legs, and blood showed a significant effect (P<0.05).
