A total of 264 papers were found out of which 19 (7%) were from Pakistan. Adopting a strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, ten (52%) articles were picked. In total, 3019 participants had taken part in these research studies. Participants’ age range is between 25 to 45 years.\nFindings: Major findings suggest that mainly four emerging factors; social, psychological, personal and risk, are associated with psychological well-being of banking sector employees whether public or private.\nImplications: Practical and managerial implications can furnish a better chance to improve employee well-being among banking structure organizational environment.\nOriginality: This review paper is unique and first of its kind in the field of psychological well-being in banking sector employees.
