MODERN FOREIGN AND NATIVE PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE OF CONSTRUCTING SOCIAL HOUSING FOR DISPLACEMENT PEOPLE

Abstract

The article analyzes and researches modern European and domestic theoretical and practical experience in the design and construction of social housing for migrants and refugees. Approaches to the placement of this type of housing in urban areas of various functional purposes and the strategy of urban development with the obligation to provide adequate housing to all households to ensure social justice in a growing urban society are described. An analysis of the construction of a similar type of housing in German and Ukrainian cities was carried out, with a description of the urban planning features of the placement of each construction object, the definition of the author and the technical and economic indicators of the construction. The study determined the problems of placing these objects in our country, in particular in the territory of the city of Poltava.
