The world's population loses their homes due to natural disasters and wars every year, many international organizations have been created to eliminate such consequences. Architects as volunteers also make efforts to design typical low-cost mass housing., there is a concept of crisis architecture to denote this phenomenon. Its feature is the fastest possible reconstruction of housing for people in disaster zones. The next term discussed in the article is urbicide, the purposeful destruction of cities caused by wars, terrorist attacks, and other aggressive actions that we have in Ukraine today. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of mass housing architecture in its relationship with crisis phenomena and urbicide in society. For this purpose, the possibility of reconstruction, reconstruction and development of the architectural and urban structure of cities in the post-crisis period is considered. The features of the crisis architecture of countries and cities affected by wars, as well as floods, fires and other natural disasters (Rotterdam, Hiroshima, Bismaya, Skopje) are analysed. Foremost, the restoration of the engineering infrastructure was observed. Work on solving the housing problem consisted in the repair of damaged buildings, the reconstruction of large apartments into small apartments and the construction of typical temporary low-rise buildings 3 available raw materials. Unified 4-5- story series of economy houses were popular in post-war France, Hungary, Slovakia and other countries. Disadvantages of such housing include chaotic construction, simplification of architectural solutions, lack of individual stylistic features. Later, the temporary residential quarters were dismantled. At the same time, a significant part of such panel houses remains inhabited even in our time. Ukraine was significantly affected by the Second World War. Mass construction according to typical projects took place in the 60s, as a result of which about 23% of the country's housing stock has physical and moral deterioration. In view of the military actions, it is extremely important to use the international experience of rebuilding cities, to carefully approach the selection of projects, focusing on the economic component, the safety of residents and high-quality architectural solutions.

The article is devoted to the interaction between humans and music in the modern world. The Integral Musical Personality Model is a new approach to the study of the impact of music on human consciousness. In this work, it is proposed to consider music as a tool for self-knowledge, which allows people to better understand themselves, their values, and goals. The personality model is based on the idea that a person is a complex system consisting of different levels of consciousness. Each level is responsible for certain functions and experiences. For example, the cognitive level is responsible for thinking and rational thinking, the value level is responsible for emotions and feelings, and the spiritual level is responsible for higher spiritual experiences. Music can influence these levels of consciousness and activate them. For example, certain musical pieces can activate the cognitive level, promoting creative thinking and problem-solving. Other musical pieces can activate the value level, causing emotional and spiritual experiences. Individual musical collections can help people to better understand themselves, raise their level of consciousness and achieve spiritual growth - this is shown in the form of integral practices that a person can use today. This practice is based on the work of Ken Wilber, who developed a theory of integral consciousness. It has been applied to a variety of settings, including education, therapy, and personal development. It has the potential to be a valuable tool for understanding and using music in our lives.

During the operation of the cranes pendulum swings of the load are observed. They cause cranes or cargo carts uneven movement, additional loads on power ele-ments of cranes, create inconvenience during their operation. This must be taken into account during detailed cranes calculations. In bridge, gantry and some other standard types of cranes which move along a rail path, load pendulum oscillations frequency relative to the crane is significantly lower than the elastic oscillations frequency of the crane metal structure and the movement mechanism transmission. Therefore, the load pendulum oscillations can be considered practically independent from the crane elastic oscillations and when cal-culating them, the metal structure and movement mechanism transmission can be taken as absolutely rigid. In this study to determine the dynamic loads acting on the metal structure and the movement mechanism transmission, the law of ropes tension hori-zontal component change, which arises as a result of the load pendulum oscillations, is given in the form of a known time function, which is determined according to the scheme of an absolutely rigid crane. This approach allows to reduce the order of mo-tion equations of the crane dynamic system by two units. In accordance with the above, the calculation of pendulum oscillations of the load on a ropes can be carried out ac-cording to the simplest two-mass scheme. This is exactly the approach implemented in the study. Motion conditions and equations of the “cargo cart − the load on a rope” system analytically determined, at which dynamic loads in the rope/elastic element have the smallest (minimum) values in the starting mode of the bridge-type crane.

The shortage of clean water is one of the biggest threats facing our society today. In order to improve the deteriorating modern state of the river ecological systems of Ukraine, it is necessary to start with the professional organization of water protection zones and coastal protection strips. The protection and preservation of coastal areas directly affects the improvement of the state of the water area, because the reservoir with its coastal zone constitutes an interconnected river ecological system. All protection, revitalization, and engineering measures to improve the condition of the reservoir and the coastal area have the expected result in the case of covering the entire river basin. Engineering measures for arranging water protection zones are considered. The importance of the professional organization of water protection zones of coastal areas for the protection and revitalization of river ecological systems is indicated. Emphasis is placed on phytoremediation measures as the optimal solution for the restoration of natural complexes. Having professionally selected the composition and size of plant communities, it is possible to reduce the impact of adjacent territories on the river, retain a significant share of wastewater, slowing down its speed by almost 10 times, prevent soil erosion, siltation of the stream, increase the water content of the river, etc. Taking into account the specific needs of each river, available plots of land and features of the territory, phytomelioration works are carried out in a wide range: from shore fortification with individual trees or shrubs, the creation of forest strips, to planting and planting trees on large areas. Phytomeliorative works should be aimed at restoring the optimal ratio of natural and anthropogenically altered landscapes. To preserve water resources, it is necessary, first of all, to strengthen the regime of water protection zones. In the coastal areas, forest plantations and meadows, wetlands and arable land should be optimally combined. Streamlining of rivers with the use of modern methods of management, protection and restoration of their water resources allows creating favorable conditions for the formation of an ecologically safe state of the river and its basin.

Existing spatial conflicts related to the historical environment of the city of Ivano-Frankivsk are analyzed. Examples of the emergence of conflict-forming factors of spatial conflicts related to the impact on the historical and architectural environment of our city are given. An analysis of the appearance of this kind of spatial conflicts, which have the greatest impact on the historical center of the city, where the historical environment of our city is most concentrated, was conducted. Conducting an analysis of the given examples of spatial conflicts that arose on the territory of our city, related to the historical environment, gives grounds for drawing conclusions about the low professional ethics of architects, designers, managers who make decisions without thinking about the preservation of architectural monuments, are not far-sighted in terms of preserving the historical past. Manifestations of inconsistency between architectural and urban planning and historical and architectural legislation. After all, with further actions, we can lose the historical memory associated with many buildings or places, and in the future such places can be displayed only on commemorative plaques, and in the best case, or completely forgotten. It is necessary to continue the work on conducting a total inventory of the architectural monuments of our city with subsequent subsequent certification of historical monuments. Conduct work with all owners or tenants on the conclusion of security agreements with memo holders. Unsystematic intervention in the historical environment deprives us of many historical evidences; any construction work can be carried out in the historical area only after the conclusion of archaeologists. Therefore, during the constant monitoring of construction sites in the center of the city, the department for the protection of cultural heritage obliges developers to conclude agreements with archaeological services, or to assist archaeologists in surveying during earthworks, although in most cases they cause active opposition from both developers and builders.

Modern housing is a complex of living and technical buildings, engineering systems and surrounding infrastructure which designed to meets the needs of residents. For their operation, it is necessary to predict lots of details: how exactly structural elements will work, their project aging and destruction, as well as organizational measures that ensure timely repairs, adjustment works and technical service. The level of the quality provided housing and communal services affects comfort of people's lives, level of health, satisfaction of their daily needs, quality of their work and their attitude to the government management in the country. The article presents damage to the main structural elements of the building such as: base and foundation, facade and walls, balconies, loggias, bay windows and cornices, roof, floors, floors and coverings, stairs, windows, doors, external and internal cladding, etc.

The article examines a number of problems of the post-war reconstruction of Energodar - the only satellite city of the NPP in Ukraine that was under occupation. The restoration of the city depends entirely on the wartime events at the Zaporizhia NPP, which became the subject of blackmail and a nuclear threat from the Russian Federation to the whole world. The satellite city reconstruction program is closely related to the restoration of the NPP, which is possible only with the de-occupation of the station itself and the surrounding area. The future of the station will depend on the trends in the use of nuclear power in the world and the reform of the energy base of Ukraine. The stages of formation and development of the city of Energodar are analyzed, the peculiarities of its functioning and the rhythm of life depending on the industrial production base are shown. The architectural and planning organization of the city built according to the established principles of Soviet urban planning, as well as other satellite cities of the NPP in Ukraine, is considered. The role of the nuclear power plant in achieving high social standards of the city of Energodar in its pre-war state is shown. The theoretical and methodological basis of the development of urban planning systems as a basis for the development of strategic plans for the post-war recovery of the city, as well as the factors that will be the guarantee of such recovery, are considered. The material of the article includes references to a number of program documents regarding various scenarios of the future development of the city and highlights the problems associated with the work of the ZNPP, taking into account the changes in the social sphere of the post-war period. A number of proposals have been put forward regarding the post-war reconstruction and further development of the city, relating to: honoring the memory of our soldiers and residents, their resilience and courage in resisting the invaders; a new look at the organization of the functional planning structure of the city, residential environment, purpose and location of public buildings, landscape and recreation areas; the specified problem of migration policy and the levers of the return of the population to the city and regional and state relations. The latest events at the Kakhovsky Reservoir, which are closely related to the ZNPP and, accordingly, to the city itself, show that the restoration process of Energodar is not fixed in time and will change and adjust along with the rapid development of wartime events.

The movement of a traffic flow along city highways is described by the movement of waves of speed, intensity and density, the equations and characteristics of which allow solving applied problems of traffic control, designing city highways and street-road networks and assessing the quality of existing traffic in cities. On the routes (sidewalks) there are flows of people (pedestrian flows) walking, on the streets and roads there are flows of cars (car flows), in public transport passengers are combined into passenger flows. These are flow systems that are modeled by a tetrahedron of states, but have their own identity: their flow units (car or step sizes), their travel distance, their travel time. For the qualitative restoration of Ukrainian cities, the identity of transport and pedestrian flows is revealed in comparison with different flow systems. The physical essence of traffic flows, their characteristics and interrelations in time and space are revealed. The simulation was based on the theory of state graphs, which made it possible to establish new characteristics of urban flows, such as traffic intensity, specific intensity, passability, traffic inertia, transience, road and transport potentials, exergy and flow power. The throughput capacity of the highway lane, ways to increase it and reduce congestion are determined.
