Through this, it was confirmed that the higher the total polyphenol content, the higher the antioxidant effect. In addition, as a result of verifying the inflammatory efficacy of the extract and the solvent fraction using the J774 cell line, it was confirmed that the NO level decreased when the extract and the solvent fraction were treated. In particular, it is determined that the ethyl acetate fraction having a high total polyphenol content has superior antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities and contains more active substances than other fractions.
