Abstract

Inclusive cultural project is completely new concept for the Russian Federation, but number of Russian regions are supporting such projects by state authorities as socially significant initiatives. The article reveals the main measures of state support for inclusive cultural projects, problems of interaction and recommendations for cooperation between the authorities and the organizers.
